I became a dietitian because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful nutrition can be, not just for physical health, but for confidence, energy, and overall quality of life. I truly believe food should support your life, not control it. I’m passionate about helping people cut through the noise of diet culture and build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. My approach is realistic, personalized, and rooted in meeting you where you are. Together, we focus on small, meaningful changes that feel sustainable, so you can build habits that actually last and feel confident along the way.

I love staying active, especially outdoors! Whether I’m hiking, snowboarding when I can, or riding my motorcycle to scenic views, I’m happiest on the move. I also enjoy live music, dancing, and spending time with my husband and my Chihuahua, Lulu.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University, my Master of Science in Human Nutrition (Clinical Emphasis) from the University of Alabama, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
