Here, you're a valued part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Why Dietitians Love Working Here
You get to focus on what matters: your patients. You'll have the time and space to build real relationships with your clients, not rushed check-ins where you're just handing out restrictions. Here, your clients actually look forward to hearing from you, and you get to be part of the change that sticks.

You're never on your own. This isn't a "you and your caseload" kind of practice. We are deeply team-oriented. Our dietitians lean on each other's expertise, collaborate on complex cases, and genuinely socialize, not just in meetings, but as a real professional community. If you've ever felt isolated in a remote role, this is the antidote.

You keep growing, on our time and our dime. We offer weekly paid learning sessions, and many of these sessions qualify for continuing education credits. Your professional development isn't something you squeeze in on weekends. It's built into your work life here.

  • Skilled in motivational interviewing (this is a core part of how we practice)
  • Passionate about the no-diet philosophy and sustainable behavior change
  • Empathetic and relationship-driven to build real rapport with clients
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and tech tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
  • Energized by collaboration and eager to grow alongside your team

Benefits

Human Resources (HR) Manager

Remote | Full-Time

About No Diet Dietitian
No Diet Dietitian is a fast-growing telehealth nutrition counseling company helping people to achieve their health & wellness goals through nutrition counseling sessions with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. Our nationwide team of 70+ Dietitians and support staff provides compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the U.S. We’re growing rapidly, with a goal to more than double our team size over the next year.

We’re looking for an HR Manager to take full ownership of our employee lifecycle - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employment law compliance, retention, and offboarding. We have well-established policies, frameworks, and systems already in place; what we need is a seasoned HR professional who can operate within those structures and be able to improve and optimize them to scale as we continue our rapid growth.

If you have experience taking a smaller organization through a period of significant growth and understand what it takes to keep a scaling team compliant, organized, and supported, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do
HR Systems & Infrastructure
  • Implement the HR technology stack the company needs to scale, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resource information systems (HRIS), credentialing trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Own the rollout and adoption of new systems across the team, including configuration, training, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into headcount, hiring pipeline, compliance status, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
  • Continuously assess whether existing tools are meeting the company’s needs and recommend upgrades or replacements as we grow.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks using AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy as the team scales.
  • Serve as the team’s go-to resource for all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistent usage across departments.
Hiring & Recruiting
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: write and post job descriptions, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offer letters.
  • Maintain and optimize our established hiring pipeline to keep pace with rapid growth across all departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
  • Track and improve key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate experience.
Onboarding
  • Manage our structured onboarding program, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • Coordinate equipment setup, system access, welcome materials, and first-week schedules.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork, tax forms, credentialing documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure check-ins during the first 30, 60, and 90 days to support a smooth transition.
Retention, Engagement & Employee Experience
  • Take ownership of employee retention and job satisfaction initiatives across the team.
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and PTO tracking.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for team members on HR-related questions, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and feedback culture.
  • Coordinate team engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications that strengthen morale in a fully remote environment.
Offboarding
  • Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews, equipment return, system access removal, and final documentation.
  • Identify trends in turnover and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure all offboarding steps are handled professionally and in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
Compliance, Licensing & Credentialing
  • Ensure all employees maintain current and valid licensure, certifications, and training required for their roles, including state-specific dietitian licenses, HIPAA compliance, NPI numbers, and any other role-specific credentials.
  • Track renewal deadlines and proactively manage credentialing workflows so nothing lapses.
  • Monitor and ensure company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all states where team members are located.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and standard operating procedures to reflect evolving regulatory requirements as the company scales.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related audits, inquiries, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or talent management with a track record of scaling HR functions during periods of rapid company growth.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states.
  • Experience managing employee credentialing, licensure tracking, and regulatory compliance; healthcare or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting at a high volume.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about systems thinking, automation, and using AI tools to streamline HR workflows, from recruiting and onboarding to credentialing and reporting. You're always looking for ways to eliminate manual work and make processes smarter.
  • Excited about the opportunity to build and eventually lead an HR team as the company's needs grow beyond a single HR function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, professional, and empathetic.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership in a fully remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (such as Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, or ADP) and applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or JazzHR).
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries.
