I have absolutely loved my experience! Their approach to nutrition is empowering, validating, and healing. I've had so many nagging problems that I normally just ignore because I've dealt with them my entire life but NDD has been able to solve all of the ones I've brought up so far. I came to NDD with a bunch of different issues. We worked to change my eating habits and did it in such a way that it was effortless to follow and didn’t seem like such a significant change. The RD never makes you feel guilty for enjoying your favorite foods rather how to enjoy them in different ways or in a more balanced approach.
