Meet Kelsey

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I'm a registered dietitian with a deep belief that food should support your life, not control it. I specialize in helping people move away from dieting, guilt, and burnout with food and toward confidence, consistency, and trust in their bodies. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with empathy, mindset work, and practical tools you can actually use in your real, busy life.

I see nutrition as one piece of the bigger picture, alongside sleep, stress, movement, and mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

why im a dietitian

I became a dietitian because I saw how much harm diet culture and misinformation can do; physically and emotionally. I wanted to help people reconnect with their bodies, feel confident in their choices, and stop measuring their worth by food or weight.

Nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful. I do this work because I believe everyone deserves compassionate, evidence-based care and a relationship with food that feels freeing, not fear-based.

FAVORITE FOOD

Anything with peanut butter OR my husband's pork chops!

in my free time you'll find me

Running, strength training, walking my dog, dancing around the kitchen, trying new recipes, spending time with family, and finding small ways to romanticize everyday life. I also love personal growth work, journaling, and anything that helps me stay grounded and present.
