I love helping my clients tap into their strengths and become the best versions of themselves, all while building habits that truly fit their real, everyday lives.

why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian after going through my own journey of healing my relationship with food. Recovering from an eating disorder when I was younger really shaped the way I see nutrition and sparked my passion for helping others feel more at peace with food. I’m also a total foodie, and somewhere along the way I realized I kind of geek out over the science behind it all too, which made this career feel like the perfect fit.
