Ingredients in High Protein Brownies

and their nutritional benefits

Cocoa powder- Cocoa powder contains polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant that can help with inflammation and lower blood pressure.

Almond flour- Almond flour is a great alternative for gluten-free baking. It is a source of healthy fats and protein. Almonds flour is also high in vitamin E, manganese and magnesium. Vitamin E can help with regulating blood pressure and is a powerful antioxidant.

Drinking coffee has also been linked to increased cognitive functions and reduced risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

Eggs- Eggs are a great source of protein, with about 6g of protein per egg. They contain many vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorous, zinc, choline, vitamin B12 among others. Eggs contain antioxidants important for eye health: lutein and zeaxanthin.
