Meet Sydney

I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My goal is to meet clients where they are and create a non-judgmental, humor-filled space to help them fuel smarter, perform better, and take the stress out of food and meal prep. Whether you are an athlete chasing performance goals or someone trying to break free from diet culture, I am here to help you make nutrition work for you, and most importantly, make it enjoyable instead of feeling like a chore!

FAVORITE FOOD

Pizza... hands down. Nothing can compete.

in my free time you'll find me

Doing CrossFit, cooking, eating, spending time with my partner and crazy fur babies, watching a True Crime documentary, or laying out by the pool (pending NC weather haha).

education

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Kent State University. I also attended Saint Louis University where I completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and Physical Performance and dietetic internship.

why im a dietitian

My interest in nutrition started in college while playing Division I softball. After taking my first nutrition course, I immediately became fascinated by how food fuels the body, impacts performance, and influences overall well-being. But along the way, I also experienced how easily nutrition can become overwhelming and taken to the extremes as I began striving for control, chasing perfection, and developing a complicated relationship with food and body.

That experience truly shaped the way I practice today and shifted my perception of what balanced nutrition truly means, even in a high-pressure environment such as the world of collegiate athletics. Food should be more than just fuel—it should be an enjoyable, satisfying part of life! I love helping others find that balance, where eating feels empowering, sustainable, and free from guilt rather than a burden.
