With over a decade of experience as a dietitian, I’ve learned there’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to health. I love helping my patients pinpoint what "health" means to them and then working alongside them to make sustainable and realistic changes without the stress of dieting. I strive to build strong and trusting relationships with my patients and to make healthy eating and behavior change simple and attainable. There is no denying that food is medicine, but it’s so much more. Food can evoke memories, create connections, and provide comfort and healing. I’m here to make sure you don’t miss out on all that food has to offer.

why im a dietitian
As someone who loves food and encouraging others, I knew being a dietitian was the right path for me. As I started learning more about the science and healing abilities of nutrition and the impact it has on our physical and mental health, my passion for nutrition only grew from there. Now I have the privilege of helping others make sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle so they can experience the healing power of nutrition and a positive relationship with food. I’m so blessed to be a dietitian and truly love what I do.
