Meet Robert

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a deep curiosity about how the ADHD mind interacts with food, habits, and health. My practice is rooted in compassion, creativity, and connection. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD who feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice, burned out by all-or-nothing plans, or stuck in cycles that don’t serve them. My approach is collaborative and realistic—we’ll focus on translating the science and applying it to real life in a way that works for you and supports you in building lasting skills. I believe that understanding why we struggle is just as important as learning how to move forward, and that food can be a source of empowerment rather than pressure. Whether we’re troubleshooting meal routines or unpacking years of nutrition confusion, I’m here to help make it all feel a little more doable—and a lot more human.

FAVORITE FOOD

Must I choose just one? Ceviche, lobster rolls, sushi, yellow lentil dal with buttered naan… It’s an endless list!

in my free time you'll find me

Rockhounding all over New England, wandering New Hampshire’s forests with my partner and three dogs, sketching, and dreaming up new ways to bring nature, creativity, and structure into my everyday life.

education

I obtained my bachelor’s in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University in South Florida.

why im a dietitian

I became a dietitian because, at my core, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help people. Before entering this field, I often felt lost in the sea of nutrition advice—confused, overwhelmed, and frustrated by information that felt restrictive, contradictory, or disconnected from real life. That experience shaped my commitment to creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered—never judged for struggling to make sense of it all or feeling boxed into rigid plans that never seem to fit their life. I believe nutrition should be flexible, forgiving, functional, and above all, joyful. This work gives me the space to blend empathy with my love of science and creative problem-solving, and there’s nothing more meaningful than helping someone turn big, abstract ideas into tangible changes and sustainable goals.
