I am a dietitian who believes in progress over perfection. My approach is centered on helping clients build sustainable, realistic habits that support their health—without the pressure to be perfect. I understand that life is full of ups and downs, and that lasting change comes from consistency, flexibility, and self-compassion, not rigid rules. Rather than striving for an "all-or-nothing" mindset, I work with clients to celebrate small wins, learn from setbacks, and focus on long-term growth. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.

why im a dietitian
There’s a common misconception that working with a dietitian means being judged for your food choices or handed a strict, one-size-fits-all meal plan. I became a dietitian to break that stigma and to show that nutrition support can be rooted in flexibility, compassion, and realism—not perfection. I'm passionate about showing clients nutrition isn't about following rigid rules or restrictions—it’s about collaboration, personalization, and helping clients feel empowered in their own choices. I’m committed to moving beyond quick fixes and short-term diets, and instead help people rebuild trust with food and their bodies—so that nourishment feels natural, empowering, and free of guilt.
