I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years and have a passion for helping people meet their nutritional goals. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and then working alongside them to create a lifestyle that works best for them. I am a reliable accountability partner who loves coming up with creative and achievable action steps to help clients meet their nutrition and health related goals.

I have always had an interest in wellness and prevention, and I love being able to help people become their healthiest selves! I have personally made changes to my diet and lifestyle due to a diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and I truly understand the challenges that come along with those changes in order to see and feel results. I never knew I could feel this amazing!
