Meet Kelsey

I live in Northwestern Wisconsin with my husband and our two spoiled pets—our bulldog, Duncan, and our cat, Oliver. We bought our first home in the summer of 2025, and I’ve quickly claimed the flower gardens as my happy place. When I’m not digging in the dirt, you’ll likely find me at yoga class, lifting weights, or out for a walk trying to spot and identify birds. I love to get creative with watercolor painting, experiment in the kitchen with cooking and baking, and spend quality time with my husband. Traveling and tasting new foods always spark joy for me—I rarely say no to an adventure (or a good snack!).

why im a dietitian

I grew up watching family members struggle with health challenges, and that experience lit a fire in me to create change—not only for them, but for my own future as well. As a dietitian and a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about using nutrition and wellness to inspire people to live healthier, happier lives. My specialty is identity-based behavior change—helping motivated clients build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and mindset.

I bring energy, empathy, and a little humor into my work. I believe in taking the work seriously—but never taking ourselves too seriously. Life is meant to be enjoyed! Together we’ll build rapport, dig into what’s held you back, and create both the mindset and skillset to achieve things you may have never thought possible.

FAVORITE FOOD

My grandma’s banana bread—it’s comfort, nostalgia, and love all baked into one perfect loaf.

in my free time you'll find me

You’ll find me in the garden, on a yoga mat, at the gym, with a paintbrush in hand, or in the kitchen testing new recipes (and licking the spoon when I bake). Otherwise, I’m probably birdwatching around the lakes and woods of Northwestern Wisconsin, planning my next trip, or cozying up with Duncan and Oliver.

education

I completed my Dietetic Internship in Montana through Montana State University–Bozeman. I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. My master’s degree is in Sustainable Food Systems, which gives me a unique lens on how nutrition, the environment, and wellbeing all connect.
