Meet Erin

I am a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I have 3 amazing children and a supportive spouse that have been by my side as we moved around the world. I encourage clients to nourish their body and mind. I emphasize that “all foods fit” and that accepting of nutrients and nourishment is vital for nutrition and health. I encourage clients to aim to feel confident in their bodies, energized, strong and fit. I embrace the “No Diet Dietitian” approach to ensure our clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies while embracing life and longevity.

why im a dietitian

During my undergrad, I struggled to personally connect with a major. I took Principles of Nutrition in 1997 and immediately fell in love with the art and science of nutrition. I truly wanted to educate and inspire others to see the harm of diet culture. During my 27 years as an RD, I’ve had the opportunity to encourage and empower my clients to reach their health goals one step at a time. I believe in building a partnership with clients to support and inspire them to nourish their mind and body, find joyful movement, prioritize sleep and feel confident in their bodies.
