As a dietitian, I combine evidence-based nutrition with mental health strategies rooted in curiosity, compassion, and science. I’m deeply committed to culturally competent care, and provide care that is respectful of, and responsive to, the identities and experiences of my clients, especially those who face unique healthcare challenges while holding marginalized identities.
With experience across all levels of care, from hospitalization to outpatient, I create safe, affirming spaces where clients feel truly seen and supported without judgment. My counseling addresses both physical health and mental health barriers, equipping clients with effective coping skills.
I have a special passion for eating disorders and ARFID across all ages, healing relationships with food and body image, intuitive eating and weight-neutral/HAES care. In addition, I also specialize in women’s health and hormones, supporting clients through pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as conditions like PCOS and endometriosis. I also have extensive experience working with food allergy and intolerance management, vegan and vegetarian nutrition, and sports nutrition.
I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your body, reclaiming your health, and building a nourishing relationship with food and yourself.

why im a dietitian
My journey to becoming a dietitian is deeply personal. I’m someone who has lived through and recovered from eating disorders and hormonal issues, and who has experienced the challenges of navigating health and identity in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference. Healing my relationship with food allowed me to reclaim not only my physical, but also mental and social well-being. That healing gave me greater joy, connection, and quality of life than I ever imagined possible.
I know firsthand how hard it can be to find affirming, knowledgeable care. That’s why I became a dietitian, to share that with others. I believe in truly personalized care that honors lived experience, respects autonomy, and integrates both nutritional needs and mental health support. My work is trauma informed and grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that every body is worthy of nourishment and respect.
