Meet Christine

I have been working in the food and nutrition field for almost 15 years and my most satisfying moments have been when I am able to witness a client transform from feeling confused and overwhelmed to fully empowered. There is no single pathway for everyone, so I take a personalized approach. Despite where someone is in their journey, I focus on mindfulness, and non-judgmental observation to understand how thoughts and feelings influence choices. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve freedom from diets and rules, and in turn allowing them to become their best, happiest selves.

why im a dietitian

I grew up in the country in Indiana, where my mother had a garden, and there was fresh homemade baked bread, fresh eggs from our chickens, and homemade yogurt every week. I had an understanding of the power of good nutrition from a very young age. As I grew older I became fascinated with psychology, yoga and meditation, and the intersection between our mindset and our nutrition choices. Being a dietitian means I get to help and inspire others every day!
