why im a dietitian
I grew up as a competitive athlete, which is where my passion for nutrition first began. I quickly learned how powerful food can be — not just for performance, but for energy, recovery, confidence, and overall well-being. I also saw firsthand how easy it is to under fuel, chase perfection, and misunderstand what our bodies truly need. Those experiences shaped the way I practice today.
I believe nutrition should support your goals without consuming your life. It should enhance performance, protect your health, and give you the energy to show up fully — in the gym and beyond. I love helping people break through nutrition barriers, build sustainable habits, and reach their goals in a way that feels strong, balanced, and realistic.
