Meet Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a cycle of trying to do everything right, only to end up back where you started, you’re not alone. It’s not a discipline problem. A lot of the time, it comes down to things like blood sugar, hormones, and how your body is responding to stress. When those aren’t supported, it can feel like you’re constantly working against yourself.

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Human Nutrition, and I take a functional, root-cause approach to help you understand what’s actually going on so it finally starts to make sense.

I love helping people step out of that cycle and feel more connected to their body again. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll figure it out together.

My approach is grounded in science, but it has to work in real life. We focus on building habits and routines that actually fit into your day so you can feel better, have more energy, and feel confident in what you’re doing.

I really believe the more present you are, the more everything starts to fall into place.

I want this to feel simple and actually enjoyable. Like listening to music while you’re cooking, grocery shopping that feels a little more fun, and a routine that just works for you. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and it matters to me that you feel supported and excited about your nutrition.

I can’t wait to meet you!

why im a dietitian

It started with my own curiosity around nutrition and wanting to understand how the foods I was eating were impacting how I felt, my energy, and my health.

I wanted to better understand things like childhood obesity and how proper nutrition and fueling can shape not just physical health, but also how someone feels day to day, their energy, and how they show up in their life.

As I learned more, I also saw how much diet culture has influenced the way we view our bodies, our confidence, and the foods we eat. It’s so easy to get stuck in that cycle of trying everything and still feeling confused or frustrated.

That’s what led me here.

I genuinely love what I do. I love helping people understand their bodies, feel more confident in their choices, and finally feel like things are starting to make sense.

FAVORITE FOOD

Avocado on sourdough is my go-to, but I also love a Greek yogurt bowl with raspberries and chia seeds (hello fiber). I’m always down for pizza, local ice cream, and honestly… does coffee count?

in my free time you'll find me

Walking with my Frenchie, Leo, and spending time with friends and family.

I enjoy staying active, whether that’s lifting at the gym (I’ve competed in bodybuilding, so that will always be part of my life), being at the beach, hiking, or getting outside.

I’ve realized I’m pretty goal-oriented, so I’m usually working toward something new or challenging, like training for HYROX or learning how to golf and play pickleball.

I also love finding new coffee shops, people watching (probably my favorite hobby), and just being out, enjoying the moment and being present.
