why im a dietitian
I have been active my whole life, and when I was in highschool, I really fell in love with food. During the pandemic, I started an instagram highlighting a lot of the food I was making and eating at home, and I learned how much I loved creating recipes that supported my exercise and performance in the gym, and to overall make me feel good.
I am a dietitian because I want other athletes to feel support in their sports so they aren't left asking questions about how they should be fueling their activities and long-term health.
