Hi! I’m Tracy and I aim to become your “smartest best friend” (as one client once called me). I hope to create a sincere partnership with you as we approach your health goals together. I believe we are all uniquely and wonderfully made and a personalized approach to your goals will have a huge impact, even if you feel like “nothing has worked” in the past.
My expertise in women’s health takes into account the often complex and frustrating shifts in hormones, along with appropriate nutrition and lifestyle strategies, to help you create habits and routines that not only fit your stage of life but are also impactful.

why im a dietitian
My love of nutrition began in high school and I always wanted to go into a health profession. Growing up in a very rural Nebraska town, I didn’t know anything about the profession of a registered dietitian and began college to become a dental hygienist. My first semester of college I enrolled in a required nutrition course and the rest is history! It has been my goal since starting my profession to help women fight diet culture and learn sustainable but effective ways to thrive! I despise how women’s symptoms are often swept under the rug as just “being a woman” or being masked through synthetic pharmaceuticals. I have recently begun training as a FEMM certified cycle coach to help teach women more about their hormone cycles and how pairing that knowledge with nutrition and lifestyle can create empowerment and long-term health.
FAVORITE FOOD
Anything with peanut butter and coffee (my favorite is brewed coffee with half and half at home with my family)
in my free time you'll find me
As a mom of 5, I don’t have a lot of “free time” and you will mostly find me chauffeuring my kids around to various activities and cheering them on! When time allows I enjoy reading a good Elin Hilderbrand book and checking out devotionals and blogs that enhance my faith. When I get the chance, I love getting away with my family to the mountains or the beach!
