Meet Molly

I’m incredibly passionate about helping others to love and properly fuel the perfect body they were born with and celebrate what it can do for them. Food freedom is always a goal of mine for clients and getting them to feel confident in the grocery store, kitchen and social situations is a must. I believe all foods fit (especially dessert!) and love seeing my clients transform years of the diet mindset into a beautiful relationship with food. There should be no guilt or shame ever associated with food choices, only opportunities to learn from them and heal feelings towards our mind and body when working towards nutrition goals.

Heading out on our next hiking adventure with my husband, daughter, and high-spirited pup. The lake is always calling my name and is my happy place. You can find me water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing or just enjoying the sun and water. Training for triathlons is also a hobby of mine and I love getting to celebrate movement within my own body. You may also find us covered in saw dust or paint as we are always working on our property doing some new home improvement project!

why im a dietitian

To provide nutrition empowerment and autonomy! I believe knowledge is key in feeling more confident in making progress towards nutrition goals. Understanding food labels, navigating hidden food cues, creating balanced meals, and healing broken relationships with food and body is something I believe we should all have access to. I’m a “why” person…that means I’ll ask why and give you a why for everything I do. Being a dietitian allows me to teach, which is something I love to do, and provide a why behind evidence-based nutrition information.
