With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, my mission is to cut through the noise and provide practical, evidence-based guidance that fits your unique lifestyle. I take an “all foods fit” approach and believe you can enjoy all your favorite foods while achieving your goals. Nutrition should be approachable, realistic, and enjoyable! why im a dietitian

My passion for nutrition started when I was a collegiate gymnast. After attending an education with our team’s sports dietitian, I became fascinated by how food fuels the body and supports overall health. The more I learned, the more I saw how much misinformation is out there and the importance of building a positive, balanced relationship with food.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many collegiate athletes, helping them debunk nutrition myths, fuel for performance, prioritize longevity in their sport, and find their own unique balance with food. To me, food is more than just fuel; it’s a source of connection, enjoyment, and experience. Whether you’re an athlete or someone seeking a healthier, more balanced life, my goal is to help you feel more confident in your food choices—without dieting, guilt, or confusion.
