Working with my clients to heal their relationship with food as been the most rewarding work. My passion lies in individual counseling and creating a space where my clients can learn to enjoy food and fuel their bodies in a way that feels good and is sustainable. No two clients are the same, and I love getting creative with my approach to health and wellness and really creating an individualized experience for everyone I work with.
why im a dietitian
Freshman year in high school, I had a teammate on the cheerleading team who was removed from the team for her safety after her eating disorder had significantly impacted her health. This was my first experience with eating disorders and I remember wanting to help, but not knowing how. I spent the rest of high school researching eating disorders, body image and the impact of social media. I’ve spent years building my skills and I’m so happy I get to help support my clients in healing their relationship with food and their body.
