Hi, I'm Kyra! As a dietitian, I strive to help others find joy through food. I take a nonjudgmental and supportive approach, guided by my favorite phrase, joie de vivre or the “joy of living”. I believe food is deeply connected to our lifestyle, emotions, and overall wellbeing. My goal is to help you nourish your body without guilt, confusion, or rigid rules. Together, we’ll cultivate joie de vivre by building a positive relationship with food, finding enjoyment in everyday life, nourishing your body, and becoming your best self, all while eating the foods you love.
why im a dietitian
My journey to becoming a dietitian began during college when I spent a semester studying in Hawaii. That experience sparked my passion for nutrition and inspired my philosophy of joie de vivre “the joy of living”. Nutrition is not one size fits all, and I knew I wanted to help guide individuals to find balance and that positive relationship with food. Nourishment takes time, and I want to be here for my clients every step of the way!

education
I received my Bachelors of Science in Health Science, and my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance both at Merrimack College. I also completed a semester at the University of Hawaii Manoa!
