I am a Registered Dietitian who truly believes you can make peace with food. I am passionate about intuitive eating and believe that you can step away from rigid rules. Food should nourish, energize and bring us joy, not stress or guilt. My approach with clients is that of a partnership. We work together to create plans that feel realistic, empowering and sustainable for your life. Whether you’re hoping to enjoy food again, feel more comfortable in your body, make meaningful lifestyle changes, or simply feel more confident in your choices, I am here to provide support. why im a dietitian
What started as a personal interest in food, grew into something much deeper. I’ve always been fascinated by how food brings together science, emotion, culture and everyday life. Food is connection. I chose this career because I genuinely love connecting and working with people. I can share my knowledge of nutrition and, in partnership, support my clients through their own unique journey to reaching their healthier life goals, one step at time.

Traveling with my husband and two kids. I also love the beach, going for long walks, and riding bikes. When I am home, you will find me experimenting with new recipes and baking sourdough bread.

I completed my dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, after finishing the Didactic Program in Dietetics from New York University (NYU). I also hold a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters from Columbia University.
