I am a Registered Dietitian who takes a whole-person, individualized approach to health and lifestyle change. I encourage my clients to make the healthy choice the easy choice by utilizing technology, planning, and focusing on small sustainable changes. I like to focus on what we can add rather than subtract from meals and snacks to help my clients rebuild their relationship with food.

why im a dietitian
I always knew that I wanted to work in the healthcare field to help people improve their quality of life. I also believe that food is foundational to so many
aspects of life - our culture, traditions, social interactions, physical health, mental health and more! When I discovered that becoming a registered dietitian would allow me to help others and talk about food all day, I knew it was the right career path for me! I enjoy the challenge of dispelling nutrition myths and making complex, scientific processes easier to understand. I genuinely enjoy building relationships with my clients and find it so rewarding to empower and inspire others every day!
