I'm a bilingual (Spanish & English) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to helping others develop a positive relationship with food through compassion and curiosity. My work blends evidence-based nutrition with an understanding of the cultural, emotional, and behavioral factors that shape how we eat and care for ourselves.
why im a dietitian
I believe that nourishing ourselves should feel empowering, not like a chore. I also believe this sense of empowerment should be encouraged from infancy and be nurtured within our communities as we move through each stage of life. Throughout my personal and professional journey, I've seen how quickly nutrition misinformation spreads, moving between individuals, families, and entire communities. I've also seen how easily misguided information can erode self-confidence and harm our relationship with food and ourselves. As a dietitian, I'm passionate about clarifying confusion around nutrition, and I'm committed to empowering others to walk in confidence with their food choices. My ultimate goal is to help people rebuild a positive connection with food, culture, and themselves.
FAVORITE FOOD
I love food and have a handful of favs. I love pancakes, Venezuelan arepas, maduros (fried sweet plantains), patacones (fried green plantains), and seafood. I also love honey-glazed baked brussels sprouts - yum!
