I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps people build sustainable, balanced habits around food that support long-term health. My approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and creating practical strategies that fit into real life. I’m known for being supportive, understanding, and helping clients feel empowered rather than restricted in their food choices. My goal is to help people develop habits they can maintain, discover foods and products they genuinely enjoy, and rethink what healthy living can look like for them.

why im a dietitian

I became a dietitian because I believe people deserve to feel empowered and confident in their ability to care for their own health and their body. Nutrition information can often feel overwhelming, so I’m passionate about simplifying the decision making process for others especially when it comes to supporting their well-being. My goal is to help clients build knowledge, trust themselves, and feel more confident in the choices they make for their health.
