why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian because I’ve personally experienced how powerful nutrition can be—not just for physical health, but for emotional and mental well-being too. There was a time when I struggled with my own relationship with food, and through understanding the true impact of what we eat, how we move, and how we care for our minds, I was able to heal. This journey changed my life, and I want to help others experience the same. My mission is to guide you in finding a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that nurtures both your body and mind, and to help you build a positive, empowering relationship with food that lasts.
