I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods as well as my Dietetic Internship at the University of Houston.
why im a dietitian
With my cultural background, food has always been a huge part of my life. I have always seen it as a way for people to connect and share experiences. Realizing the confusion and frustration that many people experience with food is disheartening. I love to share my knowledge and help others to discover that health through nutrition + movement and enjoyment of food are not mutually exclusive concepts. Helping others understand nutrition and their own health and wellness is my why.
