Meet Caroline

As a dietitian, I value weight-inclusive care and using intuitive eating principles. I believe everyone deserves and needs adequate nutrition regardless of their body size. In my counseling sessions, I take a collaborative approach that involves clear communication and active listening. I listen to each client’s perspectives and feelings, highlight successes, and support goal setting. My hope is that my clients leave our session feeling heard and able to take a small step towards their health journey. 

why im a dietitian

I love learning how nutrition supports our bodies to feel our best physically and mentally and connecting with friends and family through food, especially cooking and baking! I hope to support each of my clients' nutrition journeys by helping them have more peaceful relationships with food and their bodies.

FAVORITE FOOD

I love chocolate peanut butter ripple ice cream! My favorite is from Annie's Carousel in Ocean City, NJ.

Walking or hiking with my partner. We love to find new spots to explore! I also enjoy playing board games and finding new recipes to cook or bake.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware! I completed my dietetic internship at The Ohio State University.
