With nearly a decade of experience in the field of nutrition, I have worked in a wide variety of roles supporting individuals with a wide range of health conditions. My passion for nutrition fuels my drive to assist others in cultivating a healthy relationship with food through a compassionate and gentle approach. I take a holistic approach, considering individual lifestyles and preferences to ensure personalized strategies for lasting improvements to overall health. My goal is to support others in fostering a positive relationship with food, ultimately leading to a happier, healthier individual.

I spend most of my time with my partner and daughter! I love all things outdoors including hiking, camping and trail running. At home, I enjoy making jewelry (hello pandemic hobby), reading, and cooking new recipes.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition: Dietetics at Northwest Missouri State University and my Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University and the University of Ghana.

why im a dietitian

I actually started my education career as an art major, but quickly realized I didn't want to become a teacher like originally planned. I decided to take a nutrition class by suggestion of a family member and found my passion! I love supporting others in finding their ideal relationship with food and their bodies-- I live for those light bulb moments and enjoy seeing people begin to thrive!
