Meet Brigit

With a strong understanding of how nutrition, behavior, and life experiences intersect, I help clients move forward, especially when they feel stuck or unsure where to begin. I take the time to understand what matters to you, and together we create realistic strategies that support your goals without adding stress. Using trauma-informed care and a holistic view of health, I can help you identify and work through underlying factors that make change difficult. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity, confidence, and an empowering plan.

education

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Science at New Mexico State University. I then earned a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University and completed my Dietetic Internship at Syracuse University.

why im a dietitian

I’ve always had a love for science and a desire to help people feel good and enjoy their lives. Becoming a Registered Dietitian allowed me to bring those passions together in a proactive and evidence-based way. Nutrition plays such a powerful role in how our bodies function, yet so many factors make it difficult to choose healthier options. I love helping people cut through the frustration and anxiety around food, discover what helps them feel their best, and regain a sense of hope!
