why im a dietitian

I have always been amazed at how our bodies function physiologically, so studying the relationship between food, nutrition, and disease states fascinated me. I want to show people that living a healthy life doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor or social outings; you can live vibrantly and healthily while enjoying all of life’s moments. There is so much misinformation on the internet and diet culture runs rampant, so I am here to help empower my clients while navigating their health and wellness journey.
