Meet Samantha

Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience helping people improve their health in a way that feels doable, sustainable, and free from extremes.

Through my experience in outpatient care, I’ve learned that everyone’s relationship with food and health is deeply personal. There’s no one “right” way to eat and no plan that works for everyone. That’s why I take the time to truly listen and meet you where you are.

Whether your goal is sustainable weight loss, improving your overall health and increasing longevity, managing a medical condition, or simply feeling more confident around food, we’ll create a plan that fits your real life.

I believe long-term health is built through small, consistent changes, not strict rules or diet culture. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and at peace with food while building habits that last.

why im a dietitian

My journey into nutrition began as a young athlete. I quickly learned how much food impacts performance and how different you feel when your body is properly fueled for a big game. That early experience sparked my curiosity about the connection between food, energy, and confidence.

Over time, I’ve come to appreciate that food is about so much more than performance. It’s part of our everyday lives. We gather around it for holidays and celebrations. We build friendships and community around it. It carries tradition, comfort, culture, and memories. No matter who we are or where we come from, food is woven into our stories.

The fact that I get to talk about food every day, and learn what it means to each individual I work with, is something I never take for granted. It’s a privilege to help people navigate something so deeply personal and central to their lives.

Taking a couple of peaceful moments in the morning with a good book and a cup of coffee before my chaotic toddler wakes up and I spend my day chasing him around. We may be at the park, swimming, playing with the dog, or seeing family together.
