Hi! I’m Noelle Russomano, a New Jersey-based dietitian passionate about helping you enjoy food without restriction. With experience in both clinical and outpatient settings, I’ve discovered that I thrive when guiding clients toward intuitive eating and lasting, balanced habits. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and those looking to improve their relationship with food. My approach is compassionate and personalized—I believe that nourishing your body shouldn't come at the cost of your peace of mind.
FAVORITE FOOD
French fries, especially if I’m drinking Diet Coke!
in my free time you'll find me
When I’m not counseling clients, you can find me experimenting with new recipes, diving into a good fantasy novel, or starting my day with an early morning Pilates class.
education
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a minor in Public Health at Montclair State University. I then went on to earn my Master’s degree in Nutrition and finish my dietetic internship at Saint Elizabeth University.
why im a dietitian
I initially decided to become a registered dietitian when I realized I was more drawn to nutrition than my original major—fashion business—early in my college career. I truly fell in love with the profession when I discovered how it allows me to help people heal their relationships with food and their bodies. My passion for guiding clients toward a life free from dieting runs deep, and I feel incredibly grateful to have the privilege of doing this work every day.
