As an athlete, I was always fascinated by nutrition. Then, in nursing school, I saw firsthand how much diet impacts our health—but I also realized how confusing “healthy eating” can be. With so much conflicting advice, it’s easy for people to feel frustrated. That’s why I love helping others cut through the confusion and create a plan that fits their unique lifestyle—using foods they actually enjoy. My goal is to empower people with a clear understanding of nutrition so they can make informed choices with confidence.

why im a dietitian
We’re constantly bombarded with marketing hype about the latest "must-try" food trends—only for them to change the next day. My goal is to cut through the noise and give people practical, no-nonsense information so they can make food choices that actually work for their lifestyle—without extra stress, wasted time, or unnecessary spending. When people understand food in a functional way, they gain the power to make informed decisions that truly benefit them, rather than being swayed by clever advertising.
