Meet Lindsey

I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping children and their families build healthy nutrition habits. My experience includes serving as the pediatric dietitian at the Children’s Hospital of Savannah, as well as working in the Neonatal ICU and adult Medical ICU, giving me a broad clinical background. I’ve also worked with international nutrition programs in South Africa, Ghana, and Nicaragua, which has deepened my belief in the importance of culturally inclusive nutrition. Above all, I believe that early nutrition lays the foundation for a healthier, stronger future.

why im a dietitian

My passion for nutrition began while studying abroad in South Africa, where I worked in a community garden at a local preschool. Teaching the children about the fruits and vegetables we were growing sparked not only my love for nutrition, but also for educating others about its importance. While food is essential for survival, I’ve come to appreciate how the way we nourish our bodies directly inpaccts our health, growth, and overall quality of life. As a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to best nourish themselves and their children to support development and fostering healthy habits.
