Nutrition should be tailored to fit your life, not the other way around! Equally important is learning how to care for your health as you age. Nothing makes me happier than to see clients take ownership of their health.

At home doing yoga or playing with my 2 kids (ages 8 & 6), rescue dog, and rescue husband (kidding!). I also write and perform stand up comedy. I enjoy gardening in the spring and going to local beaches in the summer.
