I love food, and I love helping people feel their best—without the stress of dieting. As a registered dietitian, I focus on guiding my clients toward a way of eating that feels good, supports their health goals, and actually fits into their life. The best "diet" is the one you can stick with, and I’m here to help you find what works for you in a way that’s flexible, sustainable, and enjoyable.

why im a dietitian

The human body is incredible, and I’ve always been fascinated by the role nutrition plays in our health. But food is more than just fuel—it’s part of our culture, our memories, and our daily lives. I became a dietitian because I love food and I love helping people. My goal is to help my clients reach their health goals without restrictive diets or stress. You don’t have to choose between reaching your health goals and enjoying your favorite foods—you can have both, and I love helping people find that balance!
