I am a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience working with clients managing many different health conditions and challenges in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I started my career in Boston and have since lived and worked in Louisville, KY, Seattle, and now western North Carolina. I have loved experiencing life in different regions of the U.S. and exploring the food culture of each place! In each of my positions I have worked to support clients in their quest for improvements in health & wellness while honoring each individual's lifestyle, culture, food preferences and access to resources. I aim to help clients build trust in their own intuition in choosing how to nourish themselves and to rediscover the joy of eating.
why im a dietitian
I have always been fascinated by how food affects the human body and how individualized this effect can be. I am curious about how a new way of eating or a new habit will make me feel and this is a curiosity I want to foster in my clients. I love to share knowledge and employ creative problem solving to empower clients to make healthful changes that lead them to feeling their best. I also love all things related to food - talking about it, making it, sharing it, or enjoying it!
