I’m a Registered Dietitian with 7 years of experience helping patients navigate complex medical conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals — from hospital bedsides to clinic visits — and one thing has always guided my approach: nutrition should be personal, practical, and above all, enjoyable.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I take the time to understand each person’s story, lifestyle, and goals to create strategies that actually work in real life. Whether it's finding food solutions that fit a medical condition or helping someone rediscover the joy of eating, I love turning nutrition into something people can feel good about. I also love to cook and enjoy finding creative, practical ways to make healthy eating both realistic and delicious.

why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian because I grew up with multiple food allergies and celiac disease, so I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate food restrictions from a young age. This early experience sparked my passion for nutrition and inspired me to help others find balance, confidence, and joy in their food choices—no matter their dietary needs.
