I enjoy getting to know you, and what has worked or not worked in the past, and then collaborating on realistic steps to improve your health. We can strategize around hurdles, plan ahead for success, and increase your confidence when it comes to nourishing yourself. Each person is unique and their care should be too.

I have bachelors degrees in both biology and dietetics from University of Kentucky and completed my dietetics internship at University of Kentucky Hospital.
why im a dietitian
Being a dietitian allows me to merge my love of food and passion for improving health outcomes for people. Meals can often feel like a chore, especially when factoring in diagnoses, health goals, budget, and time. There is so much information out there, it can be difficult to know how to juggle it all. I love working with people to streamline information and come up with tangible solutions to achieve their goals. There is nothing better than seeing people’s confidence grow when it comes to nourishing themselves and their loved ones. Everyone deserves to enjoy their food, feel confident in their nutrition, and spend less time doing it!
