FAVORITE FOOD
My favorite food is a traditional Greek dish my grandma makes called Pastel. It’s a spinach and cheese mixture stuffed between homemade dough. It’s a staple at all our family gatherings and always a huge hit!

Hanging with my pup, Ozzie—a 2-year-old mini Aussiedoodle. When I'm not working, I love being in the kitchen, going to the gym (F45 is a favorite), spending time with family, and trying out new restaurants in town.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware, and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University.
why im a dietitian
I’m a dietitian because it brings together everything I love—food, cooking, movement, science, and connecting with people. I knew this was my path back in high school, and my enthusiasm only grew stronger after my first nutrition class in college. For me, being a dietitian is about more than just being a food expert; it’s about reshaping diet culture, deepening our understanding of how food affects the body, and making a meaningful impact on individual lives. Food has the power to transform our lives, and with the right guidance, we can make those changes for the better.
