why im a dietitian
I learned about how nutrition impacts our bodies in a high school biology class and from this point on was fascinated to learn about all the different areas dietitians can work. I love both the science behind nutrition and the rewarding experience of helping to heal individual's relationships with both food and their bodies. Helping others navigate the overwhelming amount of information around nutrition and guiding them towards a healthy way of life that works for them is my why.
