My passion for nutrition began at a young age when I discovered how food could support me as I navigated my health. Learning to reframe my thoughts around food showed me its true power, not just as fuel, but for overall well-being. I want to help others experience that same transformation by providing them with the tools to fuel their bodies in a positive, empowering way. Food should be enjoyed! My goal is to help guide individuals to move beyond fear and confusion and embrace a balanced, nourishing approach to eating.
