why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian initially driven by my personal experience as a college athlete, where I learned the power of nutrition to optimize performance. Pursuing a degree in dietetics allowed me to deepen this understanding and transition into a role where I can help others learn how to eat for disease prevention. Now, specializing in working with individuals facing eating disorders and disordered eating, I’m passionate about fostering healing and promoting a positive relationship with food.
