why im a dietitian
I entered the field of nutrition by accident. I was a music major in college and an athlete. Through my own health trails and trying to figure out how to best optimize my performance, I took my first nutrition class and never looked back. Nutrition counseling is a means for me to help other people find happiness and purpose in their life while crushing their specific goals.
