I became a dietitian because I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating nutrition can feel, and I wanted to help others break free from that overwhelm. Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and my goal is to help you figure out what works for you. It’s not about perfection; it’s about making choices that support your health and happiness in a way that feels doable for life. Now, I get to help others break free from dieting for good, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
