Meet Larlee

I love to capture food in its beauty. Not only does it in range color, shape, & flavor - food has the unique ability to bring people together and make the simplest moments memorable. As a mother to young children, I hope to pass on a healthy relationship with food as well as a desire to nourish our body. To do that, we're often cooking in the kitchen together, mess included!

FAVORITE FOOD

It's a toss up between Greek salad with lots of olives or French fries (the crispier the better)

in my free time you'll find me

Biking around our home in London with my little ones, discovering new bakeries, and creating recipes the whole family can enjoy!

education

Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University, Dietetic Internship from Rutgers School of Health Related Professions, Masters in Clinical Nutrition at New York University

why im a dietitian

My love of cooking sparked a curiosity of nutrition and its impact on the human body. That curiosity turned into a passion while working full time as a senior dietitian at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. I was a valued part of the clinical care team and was able to use food and nutrition to enhance the healing and recovery process of my patients. Now, I get to use that same knowledge and expertise on my growing family, making me a more confident mother.
