I love to capture food in its beauty. Not only does it in range color, shape, & flavor - food has the unique ability to bring people together and make the simplest moments memorable. As a mother to young children, I hope to pass on a healthy relationship with food as well as a desire to nourish our body. To do that, we're often cooking in the kitchen together, mess included!

why im a dietitian
My love of cooking sparked a curiosity of nutrition and its impact on the human body. That curiosity turned into a passion while working full time as a senior dietitian at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. I was a valued part of the clinical care team and was able to use food and nutrition to enhance the healing and recovery process of my patients. Now, I get to use that same knowledge and expertise on my growing family, making me a more confident mother.
