Meet Rachel

In addition to being a Registered Dietitian I’m also a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness
Coach, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I believe our eating patterns go far beyond food preferences or
what’s on our plate. My approach is rooted in seeing each client as a whole, complex individual whose
food choices are influenced by physical health, emotions, environment, habits, and lived experiences. I
strive to understand the full picture so that our work together supports lasting, meaningful change.

why im a dietitian

My favorite part of being a dietitian is connecting with people from all walks of life and supporting them
through their unique journeys. I know how isolating it can feel to sort through endless health information
while trying to understand what your body truly needs. My goal is to help clients find freedom and clarity
in their relationship with food, and to serve as a guide in making small, meaningful steps that lead to
lasting change. Most importantly, I want my clients to feel empowered, confident, and in control of their
bodies and choices.

FAVORITE FOOD

Impossible to pick one! I love a really good croissant, Tofu Pad Thai or fish tacos!

Playing at the beach with my husband, daughter and pup, enjoying a reformer pilates or yoga class,
gardening, or enjoying live music with friends.

BA in Psychology and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics at Kent State University. I completed my Dietetic
Internship with Adagio Health in Pittsburgh.
